2012 Tucson GLS Best in Spare Parts

The originals had 120k and I didn't realize they went. It's the perfect replacement and super easy job. Tucson drives a lot better now.

Does not fit my 2011 Kia Sportage

Good price! Fits shock absorbers, struts and suspension

Great value! A large auto repair shop charged over $100 per shock for the same shock. The rear shock absorbers went easily and work well. I have a 2011 Kia Sportage FWD and part #37343 (Monroe) is the correct damper for my vehicle. After reading Uzor's review the part #344657 he mentions is the (KYB) version, both fit.

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons

Worked 50% for shocks

I bought 2 Monroe shocks to replace the stock shocks on my 2011 Hyundai Tucson. They arrived and I put them on the next day. I spun around to look at the new parts and all I heard from behind was a rattle. It really bothered me. I had no idea what it was. I took the car to Goodyear for an alignment and to diagnose if there was any noise. During the inspection it turned out that the new shock absorber was defective. Big. I contacted support and they sent another part. I hope to get it in 3 days…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
