Perfect fit OEM style

Decently heavy shock absorber for the 2007 Grand Marquis, fits exactly like the OEM except it has a much better seal design and bushing system.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Quality

Doesn't fit Interceptor

Doesn't fit at all Police Interceptor Fit is wrong, doesn't fit at all and they're nowhere near as strong as my worn out 13 year old shocks

Pros
  • Fits great for me
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great hits!: Striking

Striking. Ride and handling have improved significantly. I'm so glad I chose this one and not possibly another brand! The company sent 2 different colors but I didn't care. Installed on a 2011 Ford CVPI.

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • No

Sporty Ride for Shocks

Any mechanic knows you can't go wrong with the Monroe. I bought these shocks to replace a leaking shock absorber on the rear of my 2011 Crown Vic P71. The car drives very smoothly and is also very manoeuvrable when changing lanes and cornering quickly.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Overall OK but...

One had a full set of fasteners (P1136) and the other had missing parts (no top nut and "cup" but with both rubber bushings). Both boxes are factory sealed so I see no excuse for that. And in this case I can't just reuse the old hardware (different design). Solution? I had to order gear that I…

It's a pain when you don't get what you ordered.

I have used Monroe shock absorbers on my cars for decades. The rear shocks I ordered came in identical boxes. Android turned out to be exactly the product I ordered. But after opening the first box to install the shock, I found that the bottom of the shock didn't fit. I opened the second box for confirmation and found the correct hardware. I called Monroe support who also confirmed that I had received the wrong gear. The attached photo shows the correct hardware package (P00134) and the…
