what i needed best in shock absorbers

works fine. I have a Ford F53 chassis on my motorhome. I have one of the lightest motorhomes on this chassis. These dampers are a little softer than others available which is what I needed.

Monroe shock absorbers provide a smooth and stable ride.

I read all the Monroe and Bilstein reviews and chose the Monroe because of the smoother ride and lower price. I replaced the stock shocks at 101,000 miles and felt an improvement before I left the lot. The new dampers work great and I am very satisfied. I was hoping to replace them myself, but after struggling with the first one with a 1/2" impact tool and a flashlight, I went to my tire shop anyway, who charged $150 for all 4. It was worth it for me.
