They won't fit the back of a 1960 Ford

They won't fit the rear of a 1960 Ford F100 they will fit the front but it's not what I was looking for and the ad didn't state that they were for the front and not the back

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Perfect Fit best in Shocks

This is the stock replacement for my 1957 Ford F250 pickup. They fit perfectly. The only downside is that one of the shocks came with only one set of hardware instead of two sets per shock. I managed to get by with the old rubber bushings and fasteners.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Trade in

Don't let the price fool you, these are good shock absorbers!

I bought these to use on my 15 year old Mercedes which originally had hydraulic suspension. I was skeptical of the quality of the $20 mufflers but had confidence in the Monroe having used them many times in the past. These shock absorbers did not disappoint and gave my car a very smooth and stable ride. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Just what I need

Very hard to find parts for a forgotten Ford Pinto. I've been working on my project for about six months now and parts are hard to come by. I found these shocks at Revain - I've searched a lot on ebay but wasn't impressed with the prices. I bought them because they were way lower than what Ebayer and my local auto parts store were asking for. Even under rockauto! I will definitely be stopping by Revain more often when looking for Pinto parts.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Fits
