Restores the ride quality of a new truck.

I replaced the shock absorbers after realizing the original shock absorbers were on all 4 corners of the truck (2000 Silverado RWD) with 95,000+ miles. The truck ran fine. Changed 400km drive ago. Doesn't matter. I only did the rear ones because of the squeak and found that the front ones are original too. Drives like new now.

Good product but uses standard bushings and mounting hardware instead of those supplied by Monroe.

Seems to have done pretty well so far in the limited rides I've done. It might be something I can upgrade later as I earn more miles. The only thing I didn't like was the complexity of the installation. It wasn't really hard, but it was harder than it needed to be. The reason for this is that if you fit a stock shock and they are side by side you will see that the Monroe appears to be about 1 to 1.5 inches shorter than the stock shock.
