I bought these for my 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis GS mechanic because he always gets me right. Calls almost every day with a different story of how they came in handy because he had to pack everything in the trunk. I may have to change my number.

These shock absorbers fit perfectly and are just the right answer to leveling my CNG Crown Victoria. I had to purchase an extra filler cord due to the way I routed it and the fact that this is a long machine. The ride and looks are vastly improved, but I was hoping for tighter damping control. Overall this is great value for money.

ordering problem three times. The Monroe mufflers came in a box that looks like it went to China twice on a rowboat. The first one didn't come after a week, called, sent, the other found the missing parts the next day, the other Amazon doesn't ship overnight because of the many errors in that part I think. I finally said no more headaches and sent back the missing parts bought locally. The support team will take care if it's face to face.

Was very upset I paid the shop to install the air shocks and guess what, driving the 3.5 miles home my car was a deep hit in the back WOW the air shocks are leaking I'm not very BUT I called Revain and they will send a new pair BUT I AM PAYING AGAIN NOT HAPPY with that at least they will send me new ones to replace the others. These things are amazing! We use them on the 2008 Scion XB. They fit perfectly in the back, we added a single pump and switch. This is great for towing or if you have a lot of people in the back of your car just take a breath and get on with your life.
