If you are looking for metallic paints, buy them. Even the premixed metals they make for potting are fine. They have the perfect amount of shimmer that doesn't dilute at all. Gold really does look like liquid gold. I have bought them several times!

When I first started using this brand I was impressed with the quality of the colour, the mixing possibilities and the consistency of the color when mixed for potting. The metallic luster is very noticeable and does not lose transparency even when using medium. In addition, unlike many "metallic" colors, these colors resemble "metallic" rather than "pearl". Will try other products from this company!

The description is confusing. At one point it said 8 x 18ml, the first item in the printed description read '24 bright colors in 36ml tubes'. What was pictured and received were 8 x 18mL tubes. I was happy to find a set of metallic paints at a price I could afford. hx lists a website for free video tutorials and demos. I think it is cool! Arrived on time and in excellent condition.

I *LOVE* metallic acrylic but this is by far the worst I have ever used. It doesn't go smoothly. You have to paint on the same layer over and over to do it decently, but then everything gets uneven and streaky. Does NOT mix well. I've tried to get it to work but it's just junk. I prefer professional quality paint, but I wouldn't recommend it even for beginners. Terrible quality everywhere. I wouldn't even offend a child by letting them draw with their fingers.
