Height was an issue.

When I bought the springs my main concern was that they didn't state if they were for large or small blocks. The large block is over an inch taller. Luckily I got the right ones.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Requires socket

Definitely raises the front.

My Camaro definitely had the front raised. This car is straight-six, which is one of the reasons it sits quite high. The V8 will lower it a bit, but probably not by much. I plan on installing 454 which should align it.

Pros
  • Looks like a new steering wheel
Cons
  • There are nuances

Great springs for my '69 Camaro.

Absolutely awesome. When I took a big block 69 Camaro with a very low front end (a retired drag racer) it turned out to be the result of a very old 7 coil suspension spring set. I swapped these baddies out with a minimum of hassle and fuss, and raised the front end about 2 inches, which is what I need to avoid a speed bump grand prix. Should have gotten it long ago.

Pros
  • Designed to reduce stress for longer life
Cons
  • Doubtful
