Description of Enhance Steering Stability with Moog K7217T Idler Arm: A Reliable Solution for Precise Handling

Problem Solver powdered metal gusher bearing design enables grease to flow through the bearing to the stud for reduced friction and enhanced strength and stability. Moog engineered steel composition results in a stronger component. Heavy duty design. Greaseable socket design allows new lubricant to flush contaminants from the assembly, reducing corrosion and wear. Loose or worn chassis parts can lead to premature tire wear.

The screw holes are too small for my truck.

Moog parts are great products. But it didn't fit my truck. Bolt holes 12.5mm. My truck uses 16.5mm holes, part number Moog k7225t.

Pros
  • Control Arms and Parts
Cons
  • Not sure

Moog still has problem with Zerk fittings

I love Moog products BUT the Zerk fittings never fit properly and one of them broke on this tension arm! If you call your product a "problem solver”, then you solve the mirror matching problem! Many people have the same problem, so be very careful when installing!

Pros
  • Shocks, Struts and Suspension
Cons
  • I will add later

The Tensioner Arm I received was the wrong part! Our truck uses a positive angle tensioner instead of a negative angle. It WILL WORK but your arm will RIDE close to the frame so be careful! But unfortunately for us it's the best hand out there so I guess I'll have to live with that.

Pros
  • Tensioner Arm
Cons
  • Wrinkled
