High performance replacement part

Better quality than original equipment. Easy installation for an experienced mechanic. A special tool is required for assembly. About 1 hour per side. Should be exchanged in pairs.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

So far, so good. on parts

Parts needed for my 2004 Ford Exployer, I looked for it on eBay, online etc and found it on Revain, great price! Order placed and received a few days later. The delivery was fast and the parts fit perfectly. So far, so good. I would buy again if needed.

Pros
  • Suitable
Cons
  • Approx

Ball joint super bargain

bargain, delivered quickly and is the right part for my car. I was a little disappointed as there was no mention of this device having back lube, which isn't a big deal, but it was never mentioned. Everything else is ok, works great at a very good price.

Pros
  • normal price
Cons
  • badly thought out

Good quality, perfect fit

These are truly divine ball joints. They fit my Explorer 04 perfectly and since the OEM doesn't just sell the pivot points (just the whole A-arm) they saved me a ton of money! It would cost $400 for two A-arms, which I didn't even need. They were less than 1/4 the price.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • High price

Missing equipment. best in spare parts

I ordered two and one was missing circlip, mirror, nut, cotter pin and washer. The part has entered the knuckle further than the factory part. He passed the pinhole. Overall it worked after searching my parts cart and finding the missing items. Time will tell if this is a quality item.

Pros
  • like everything before
Cons
  • can be damaged

Installed last year, problem fixed, but worn out.

Installed last year, problem fixed, but wore out after a year. These are MOOG parts and come with a three year or limited lifetime warranty depending on which part you purchase and I don't know how to replace them under warranty now. Moog told me to return them to the parts store I bought them from, but I got them from Revain so I'm not sure "what" to do as their 30 day return period has expired. I would still buy them again, I've never had a problem with MOOG parts but I was just a little…

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Ball joint failure: shocks, struts and suspension

Bought to replace a 2004 Explorer. A special tool was required for installation and it took several hours to remove the old one and insert the new one. Everything seemed fine until about a month after installation the boot on one of the ball joints came out from under the retaining clip, allowing dirt, sand and grease to get in. There was no warranty information on how to contact the company or how to replace a faulty product. It is impractical to remove and return the item as the truck will…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Sad packaging
