Worked as expected. The fit was only snug because a previous installation had bent my mount. This has so far corrected my dying hesitation. To anyone trying to pull out the old bushing, drill out the rubber, knock out the inner metal case, and then use a hacksaw on the metal case. Be careful not to cut the base metal, but this is by far the easiest way. Look on YouTube. 2003 Dodge 2500 4x4

Quality upgrade to the steering rod

Excellent replacement for old factory bushings. Old bushings are difficult to remove and new ones fit with lubrication. Tolerances are tight, which is good for eliminating backlash in worn bushings. Didn't fit my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Track

This hub didn't fit my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Track as advertised. That day I had to reinstall the crossmember and all the local auto parts stores said they had to order the correct bushings. They didn't fit my track which left me with a dilemma and I had to spend $300 on a brand new Chrysler track to get my truck back on the road that day. Just make sure you buy the right chain bushings. My guess is that for some reason they put different types of tie rods on the same models.

Used on Jeep XJ Cherokee with big bolt.

Purchased for Jeep XJ. I know it's not the right part. But I swapped out the stock rail for a Jeep that previously had a secondary cross member and already had a larger hole drilled in the axle mount. The standard screw and socket just didn't fit! The metal bushing had too much clearance for the 14mm bolt, so I used a slightly larger 9/16 grade 8 bolt and had to ream the bushing a bit. . The end result was a nice tight fit. I also had to grind both sides of the hub to match the length of the…
