One of the holes didn't fit - 1997 F250 HD

I had to drill a hole because it didn't fit as it should. I have a 1997 Ford F250 HD (the last year of what they call the old F250 or OBS body style).

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • It was possible to choose a newer model

Factory installation on F150

Suitable as a factory part. Tip for installing the part. Drill mounting holes for 1/2" fasteners in this part. When bolting to the vehicle frame, use 1/2" grade 5 or higher with appropriate grade mechanical locknuts instead of rivets.

Pros
  • GOLS certification
Cons
  • There are nuances

Perfect Fit - Chassis

Bolts set correctly, just pay attention to the brake and fuel lines on the inside of the frame. made it easy to swap out the radius arm bushing on one side as the old bushing allowed my hand to destroy my mount. I will miss the old rivet on one but it was a very good replacement

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not as thick as other kits

Will NOT fit 1997 F350

Product will not fit 1997 F350! different distance! As a result, not only could I not repair my truck, but I was also unable to drive it until a suitable replacement was found

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
