Great kitchen and dining tool

This knife is great, it came from the factory razor sharp. I have no complaints and it never irritates my hand while using it

Fantastic quality on carving knives and forks

Fantastic quality Very sharp out of the box Love the leather sheath for the carving knife Easy to use Left or right handed OK Would definitely recommend to someone with carving on a four large spoon to begin with, shallow bowls on spoons

Instantly sharp, great knife

I have several other Mora carving knives and always enjoy their work. This double bevel isn't always useful and carries some risk for beginners, but it's worth it. I usually smear some oil on the handle when I arrive.

Mora makes good blades

Mora Kniv is a Swedish blade manufacturer known for their durable, easy to sharpen, high carbon knives. It appears to be a stainless steel blade. The knife is impressive but simple in design and I may have saved some money by purchasing a left/right version with no blade. But if your carving style is to press the blade with your thumb, then you hate these and prefer the less expensive left- or right-hand single-edged kind.
