Moroso 63745 1.25 X 1.25-inch Radiator Hose Filler Kit Review

Used to convert the cooling system of an 88 Cherokee. It was tight on horseback but worked well. I would give 5 stars but the sweat quality is disgusting.

Worked great converting my closed system in my Renix Jeep MJ. The quality looked good and I had no problems using it on my system for 4 months. Yes. Ignore the picture---unlike the picture shown, this part has the same front diameters on both ends. You'll be fine.

This item is supplied as shown and will work well even after the radiator cap seat has been reworked. There was slight warping and a slight bulge over the overflow hole caused by individually welding the item. I expected Moroso's QC department to be better and catch the error. It may have been assembled/inspected late Friday evening. We all know those days. Would I buy it again? Yes of course; The price is right and it serves its purpose. Just have a flat file and 400 grit sandpaper handy.

Bought for a custom project and not sure if I will be using it because it is actually 1-3/8" OD where the hose is and not the bar, that holds it up, just be clear. I'm using 1-1/4" ID silicone radiator hoses in my project, and so far I haven't been able to fit the 1-1/4" ID silicone hose over the 1-3 /8" OD of this fountain pen to mount.
