Bought these as I was creating a quest for my team to reveal hidden messages written in UV ink. There is great power in these little things! Very very bright. Don't stare at the light for too long. Batteries are not included. AAA required. I would buy the same if we had to duplicate this project

Both worked about 20-25 minutes then overheated and stopped working. Cheap cheap cheap. Disappointing. Save your money guys. I have to say they run for 5-10 minutes and then overheat and turn off, but usually they turn back on but get very hot. As if I was wondering why the hell it isn't working. I put in a fresh set of batteries and when I opened it up to check what was going on inside the springs burned me.

I found some Yooper rocks on Lake Superior using this flash drive. My friend paid 1.5 times me and only got one. Two came with me. She had to take hers back because the flash was so hot she couldn't hold it. Flash lite feels comfortable and fits perfectly in my pocket. I took my stones and flash to work where I work with the public. Customers were amazed to see how these stones glow. Got another one for my grandson because he is also a rockhound. I'm old fashioned about these things. I grew up in the 70's when black light fluorescent lights put out tons of ultraviolet light. A 24 inch tube can light up an entire house.
