Looks great with just the right stiffness

Looks great. Ease of installation. Definitely stiffer rear shocks, which is what I needed when I was adding a rear seat and hitch to tow a large gardening van across the yard.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • Good but not great

Good product for golf

You agree with the ad and I am satisfied with the new springs. I added a back seat to my car and two adults did the back squat. These were the cheapest springs I found and they work great, they are easy to install and I would buy them again.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Updates available

High-quality rear wheel springs!

I have a 2012 Yamaha g29 with gas lift and rear seat. Switched to these heavy rear springs about a month ago. They are essential for safety when adding a rear seat to your car, especially at high speeds. Do-it-yourself video on YouTube for installation.

Cons
  • Hard to say

Seems to work on my 2017 Yamaha Drive2

After reading all the different reviews I decided to see if it would work on my 2017 Yamaha Drive2. It definitely helped against sag and the body didn't chafe my 20x10-12 AT tires. It was a gamble, but it worked out well for me. The first picture shows a standard spring and a HD spring. HD springs come with a spacer to keep the bogie at the same ride height.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • There are nuances

Easy to install/operate as advertised

Added to my 2010 Yamaha G29 after installing the 6" lift kit. It was really easy to install and only took about 45 minutes for both of them. I can see that it will be a lot more difficult if you put in stock rear suspension as the rear body/service opening will be very restrictive. The suspension is definitely a lot stiffer now, and hopefully there aren't as many bikes with people behind them. currently.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Security

Big improvement over stock springs

Looks like a quality product at a very reasonable price. In the photos you can see the difference in diameter of these high performance springs compared to standard springs. Haven't ridden a fully loaded trolley yet but I felt the undercarriage improved when I towed the trolley myself last night. I would like to point out that the springs did not increase the bogie spacing and maintained the height of the body (which is exactly what I wanted).

Pros
  • Good thing

Find a video to learn how to

The springs arrived well packaged and faster than stated. The vise came in handy for holding the shock when you remove the old springs and install the new ones. Find a video online that shows how to install it and it's a no-brainer. Anyway, it was on my Yamaha G16. It goes a long way when you have rear seats to reduce friction and improve your car's handling. If you're reading this, you know they're some of the cheapest, but don't worry, they're fine.

Pros
  • Quality build
Cons
  • There are problems

Helped fix hesitation in dying.

These shocks are good on their own. They stopped the "tricycle" when I made a sharp turn. If you have a rear-facing Yamaha Drive, you really need them. (Added a few weeks after the sources). Along with a 70-pound block of steel bolted to the top of the frame as far forward as it can go, my cart turns like an indie car with two grown men in the front AND two other guys in the back seat. It's about getting a stiffer rear spring and more weight compared to the front tires. Install a front grille…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
