Shock absorber extensions do not fit!

Keys fit well. Shock absorber extensions are NOT suitable. I raised my 1999 K-1500 Suburban 2 inches in front and the shocks are 100% extended without the use of shock extensions. So I had to reset the alignment kit to avoid damaging the shocks. If you have a boxy '90s Chevy/Suburban truck, DO NOT buy this kit.

Pros
  • Made in the USA with a lifetime warranty and shock resistant extensions
Cons
  • Other

Couldn't get a definitive answer as to whether shock extensions are really necessary with this alignment kit, I use them and the ride is much better as I put most of the weight of the truck on the rear with 5 leaf spring packs on the 1500. Customer service was great at answering my questions. Have an air hammer ready and plenty of stamina to knock out those torsion bars!

Pros
  • Stronger than forged keys and much stronger than cast keys.
Cons
  • Some cons

Solid jack: shocks, struts and suspension

Installed these on a 2004 Avalanche 2500 4x4 and honestly it was the easiest lift I've ever had I would have had it installed. I hired a tool to remove the support bar from the keys, twisted the bar to move it, and installed the new keys. It's pretty hard to go wrong with just two screws, and the longest part is getting the truck off the ground. When I was done the truck was slightly nose up so I backed off the bolts about 1/2 inch and it is level now. Now I have 275/65/18. The keys were well…

Pros
  • Adjustable wrenches to raise your truck 1-3" up front and with shock extensions
Cons
  • There are nuances
