Does not lock in caps

Bad design! When the cap is locked, it can be easily removed without a key by simply pushing the cap and twisting it. I found a few more ways to wipe without a key on YouTube. Spend the extra $$ and get a metal locking cap.

Easy to lock and unlock

I've been fine for the past few weeks. My gas light went out once but never again so can't really have any complaints other than the high price. But I was more concerned about the quality, so it's worth it, and it's easy to lock and unlock. I did it with one hand in my video

Good Buy: Gas Cap

After someone in the area removed our gas cap a few times, we purchased this locking gas cap based on reviews and we are thrilled with what we did. The only downside is that it can't be tethered to a vehicle, so you'll have to hold the cap while you refuel. Easy enough to use by holding the lid with one hand and unlocking it with the other hand.

Fits 2017 Chrysler 200

This motorcycle gas cap is a great replacement for the original factory cap. I chose this because my car doesn't have a lockable door. Turning the key to the left unlocks it and no longer turns freely. To lock, turn the key to the right, the lid spins freely and you know it's locked. And yes, my car will be more fuel efficient. I am very happy with this purchase!

Solid nice yellow cap with a good size key.

To remove the cover, turn the key one way and then turn the cover the other way. When I take it off I put the key in the cap and place it on the floor panel on the driver's side of my van so I don't leave without it as this cap doesn't have a strap holding it on my van like the original did. made the cap. At least the petrol won't be stolen from my car anymore, which is why I bought this cap.

The perfect solution to some nefarious activity around our truck!

We drive a Dodge Ram 1500 and we know that truck doesn't get 30mpg, but on trips to Florida we've averaged 18+- at times! Not that bad! But lately we've really had to fill that tank up more than necessary. Then we had a problem with the water in the tank!? Ah, it seems more than likely that someone used the water hose in our tank and I'm sure their mileage has increased significantly with our money!
