200 Ford Super Duty F-250 Excursion **ISSUE SOLVED**

This genuine Ford/Motorcraft Glow Plug Relay Control Module was the perfect solution for my Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel Excursion. I got circuit trouble codes on 4 out of 8 glow plugs and suspected this module. Received the next day, installed in 15 minutes and problem solved! Highly recommended original Motorcraft product!

They sent me what I believe to be a fake

Look at the photo in the description, it has embossed letters on top. Like the ones I pulled out of the truck. Not in what they sent me. Has shallow etching. metal is cheaper. The extended screw hole on the original I had was perfect. The one I received looks like someone reamed it by hand. I think it's a renamed piece of junk. I would avoid

Real Motorcraft Part

I have a 2004 F250 with 6.0! There was never a code, but the truck had trouble starting even on days below 60 degrees. My coil light went on and off normally, but they weren't actually glow plugs. Replaced with this one and I believe the truck now starts in sub-zero temperatures without being connected to the network. The item was in the original sealed Motorcraft packaging and looked exactly like my original. Great piece for almost half the local price.

It's really easy to install on my F350

I installed it on my 2004 F350 Diesel and it fixed the trouble codes I was getting for my glow plugs. Apparently the driver's side often fails, which I didn't know beforehand. Lesson learned: If you're suddenly getting multiple glow plug errors, it could be this switch. It's really easy to install on my F350. It is located on the passenger side valve cover and is held in place by two nuts at 10. Unplug the two connectors and that's it. I am very happy with this item and it was a lot cheaper…

Solved P0670 and P0683 Codes

Bought this item for my 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3 TurboDiesel. My check engine light stayed on (230,000 miles) throwing codes P0670 and P0683. Both codes are associated with the glow plug control module. At first I thought it was a glow plug relay failure, but it turns out the Excursion and California trucks didn't have a glow plug relay back then. Instead they had this glow plug controller.
