After trying this product, I can say that it is a reliable replacement part for car filters. It fits easily into my car and effectively filters the oil. The quality of the filter is commendable and it is easy to install as well. The only downside is that it is slightly expensive compared to other similar products available in the market. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a trustworthy automotive filter option.

I sold the truck before I could install it but I think this is the best replacement for the standard set. If you want to buy this filter, I support your decision. Make sure you have a standard drain plate as some aftermarket brands remove this and use a built in drain.

Works without leaks. However, this is not a modern low-micron filter, so a lot of dirt still passes through it. (If you have leaks on those old Ford jalopies, it's often because of the O-rings on the electrical connections to the filter head, not the filter gaskets. Get on the pipe and see what I mean.)
