Fits perfectly. - Gaskets

This was an exact OEM transmission oil strainer replacement. I highly recommend this part of the bike. You don't want to be cheap here.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Inoperative

Easy install for gaskets

Drive the transmission for 204,735 miles and it started juddering at about 45 mph. The guy with the gearbox told me to change the filter, change the fluid and put anti-shake in it. This little trick made my transmission work like new.

Pros
  • Loads of positive vibes
Cons
  • Useless features

Check the dimensions, does not correspond to the original

There is a difference between the original (3/8) and this (1 inch) that you will stay very close to the oil pan longer 99% oil consumption limit so that my transmission does not shift. I took the oil pan off again, cut it to size and put it back on. It worked, but too much pia. 11 Expedition Beer

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

2010 F150 5.4L 3Valve Transmission Filter

I have serviced the transmission for 110,000 miles and changed the oil and filter. You will need to lower the transmission oil pan (accessible from the underside of the truck - nothing needs to be removed to gain access). Make sure you drop one side of the pan to allow the oil to drain out - there's no drain plug. Also remember to catch the oil in a large drip pan. I used these aluminum baking sheets. It's $2 each and is a great size for this project. If the oil pan fell down, you can pull out…

Pros
  • Good Value
Cons
  • weak
