OEM and USA but pay attention to the length.

Excellent belt, OEM and made in USA. But it was too short to fit even though it was listed for my truck. I reordered the JK81227 which is 4/10" longer.

Parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer are unbeatable!

I installed a new water pump on my 2000 Ford Excursion 7.3 Diesel. In the course of the work, I installed a Continental V-ribbed belt. The car had an odd noise when starting which I thought was the aftermarket Continental belt vibrating! Something I haven't seen in my whole life doing a hobby car! I installed this Motorcraft belt and it ran smooth and quiet!

Poor quality control, belt wasn't straight.

Nothing justifies the poor workmanship of this belt at this price. The stitching at the junction of the two ends of the strap was misaligned and the strap just couldn't move straight and properly. Reciprocating movement of the pulleys, increasing wear and stress on the various bearings. After finally realizing that this belt was bad, I put the old Dayco belt back on and the squeaking and chirping stopped. I kept the Ford belt as a spare. Now, 6,000 miles later, this (Dayco) belt started…
