This is the first intercom I have ever bought. Installation was easy enough. The placement of the speakers behind the upholstery was quite tricky, but depends on the specific case. My wife likes it when we can talk on our long trips together. The device has some noise when using intercom, but not when Bluetooth is connected to my phone with music.
