This product looks great. I installed it upside down and everyone loves it. I rated it 4 stars because the first time the running light stopped working after a few weeks (buy extended warranty). That one issue aside, this is a great product and I've recommended it to several of my friends. The new one I ordered works great so far. For the price I paid for it, it's a good deal.

Let me start by saying the license plate looks great and is exactly what I was looking for. The only reason I didn't give it more stars was because there was NO hardware on the record. There were no nuts, bolts and allen wrenches as shown in the listing. I ended up wanting to replace them with chrome hardware but now I need to find something to use my new license plate now. That was the only reason for the "BUT" in the title. otherwise i love it.

I have ordered two of these units so far. In the first half, the red LEDs (3rd brake light or part of the running light) stopped working within a week. The replacement came with white LEDs and red LEDs shorted together. Separate wires for each, but shorted internally, and as with the first half, the red LEDs blew out within a week. I wouldn't waste my money on this Chinese crap with very poor quality control.

Let me start by saying that this frame is well made. It's thick, very strong and doesn't bend. However, I suspect that motorcycle license plates are usually the same size from state to state. My plate (from Illinois) doesn't fit in the frame as much as the frame fits over the plate. I could probably forgive that, but the other issue is that the included nuts (supplied with bolts) are so small that they slip right through the plate holes and mounting slots on the bike.
