Great product! Especially considering the great price! Fit my 2019 Jeep Cherokee perfectly, seems well built, and almost looks factory installed! Awesome!

Not a great experience, did not come with key, only has 3 of the 4 caps needed ones cracked (farthest right) The installation process may require professional assistance!

One star is NOT for the actual product as I cannot use it in its current condition- Received the product with missing screws and mounting hardware (expected paid less).also with one missing and one damaged end cap, no keys for the locks and instructions for a wheel well liner? Useless.

DO not purchase from this company! They have since adjusted their item description, to make it clear that it does NOT fit Grand Cherokee, but when I purchased it, it certainly did not. Now I have the brand new rack in the box for a vehicle I do not own and will not fit my Jeep. They will not take the item back and refund me. I even offered to do an exchange. Very short and RUDE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Much better than most of the cheap options that are silver and overhang the sides. It looks much more apart of my Jeep. Issue is it arrived shattered and causes a whistle while driving at highway speeds. Decent for what it is, better than others, but still has downsides.

Bought this for my son's 2016 Jeep Patriot to fit on his factory roof rails. The product extended just right to make a good solid fit. The product looks great and will work perfectly to allow my Tule ski container to mount on top of the Jeep. Could not be happier. Thanks Greg in Arizona
