When I tried this automotive tension spring, my fuel performance improved significantly. It was easy to install and helped to regulate the pressure in my fuel system. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their fuel system. The only drawback was that it was a bit pricier than other similar products on the market.

My hinge tabs were bad so I just used a paint sander to cut the groove right over where it was originally and it works great.

Exact part fits 05 Colorado. I recommend removing the fuel filler flap first to make sure the latch isn't damaged. I had to weld a nail for 9 kopecks. This spring worked perfectly after the repair. No claims from me.
