I've read reviews where calling customer service was a big issue, but I found the email process was pretty standard and Eleni always got back to me within a day (sometimes an hour). Update: Below is a review I wrote for the MPB33, Motorola contacted me and allowed me to return the 33 and replace it with the 36S. I like the 36S, pan and zoom controls from the parent unit are good and there are no noise or hiccup issues. Now cons: The battery settles down pretty quickly.
