Good GPS. Value

Has many features, the bigger the screen the better, but I was on a budget so I bought it. If you have $40 more to spend, buy a bigger one :) it's pretty much the same. 765t I think 5 inches. I haven't used any Motonav add-ons so far, so I can't comment on that.

Navigator Unfrendly by Revain

I bought a Motonav TN555 because the maps on my Garmin Nuvi are out of date. Also because I had credits in Revain it lowered the price. I found the TN555 extremely difficult to use. , uncomfortable compared to my Garmin, and then I found that the maps were actually older than those on my Garmin. So I returned the TN555, it just isn't user friendly. Sorry, I usually like Motorola products.

BETTER THAN ANY $200.00 GPS

ANY OTHER FEATURES ALREADY MENTIONED ARE NOT INCLUDED. THIS GPS IS BETTER THAN ANY GPS ON THE MARKET AND TWICE THE COST. SO MANY COOL FEATURES AND THE SPEAKER IS BETTER THAN OTHERS. TRY NIGHT MODE ALSO DURING DAY AND THE ORANGE STREET LIGHTS WILL ILLUMINATE YOUR ROUTE BRIGHTLY. TRY SPLIT SCREEN WITH AERIAL VIEW. ALSO LENGTH AND WIDTH ARE GIVEN, IF REQUIRED, ALONG WITH HEIGHT CHANGES. AT 99.00 THIS COULD BE THE STEAL OF THE YEAR. ALSO MUCH MORE RELIABLE THAN GARMIN. COMES WITH 2GB BUT YOU CAN…

SMS NOT WORKING - read review

This is an amazing GPS. I have had four other GPS units and this unit is a notch above the others. A small (BIG) problem. The TN555 will not send SMS with my Verizon Chocolate Touch (LG VX8575) phone. Without this function, the "Send location" function will not work. Also the "location" request does not work without the functioning of the messaging service. First I called Verizon "sorry I can't help you" (and I only bought this phone 9 months ago). Called Motorola, they were VERY helpful and…

  • Great for outdoor activities

He's trying too hard, too much to do

If I had to rate this product having just received it I would give it 0 stars overall. After a few months of casual use, I'm actually starting to tolerate this plucky little device - or "PND" (Portable Navigation Device) as Motorola likes to call it. So what's not working?######################## #This device is trying to do too much. We don't talk about GPS anymore, remember? It's PND! He likes to think of himself as a little computer. The resulting screen is the busiest I've seen in a GPS…
