Motorola TX550 Sonic Bluetooth Speakerphone Review

Bought for my husband's work car and received last night. I talked to him for over an hour on his morning commute to try it out and so far he loves it. We bought cheaper Revain floorstanding speakers for him to use in the car for phone calls and this is the best of all!

Sorry, I expected more from Motorola. They've had Motorola walkie-talkies for over 40 years and now only buy them for work. However, the same technology is not embedded in this product. The reception is very "muffled", the transmission not much better. Connected to my new Samsung S10+ so don't think it's a phone. I'm still looking for a "good" speakerphone.

Great stuff. I was fined for using my cell phone even though I had it on the speakerphone. I hate Bluetooth stuck in my ear. It's great, it attaches to your visor and you install it every time you get in your car. When you get a call, it actually speaks and tells you someone is calling you. Cool thing. I love it.

It works well and I am very satisfied. I can't remember the last time I had to charge it. Extreme cold and heat can drain the battery, but as it warms up, the battery level becomes "Medium". Clarity is good but not perfect. I like to use it with the iPhone's "Hey Siri" feature in the car. Now almost 100% hands free which is what I was looking for. A lot for the money today!

I did a lot of research before purchasing and I have no regrets. This item blocks so much noise while driving and everyone told me they couldn't even tell I was in the car because it's so clear. I can't brag enough about this item! My friend also bought one for himself, then one for his father. I also bought one for my sister! The product is easy to use and set up. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

This is the third Bluetooth I have bought for my car. This way has worked best for me so far. I like the fact that it's a separate speaker as opposed to calls coming through my radio or something I have to wear on my ear. The sound is clear, I can speak in a normal voice. In bulk packs there was a pad, charger and instructions. It is very comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this product to everyone.

is my favorite car kit and I absolutely need something that doesn't require many features since I use the device for driving where I drive and arms brake. I only use it to take calls, make calls (using Siri) and send and reply to text messages. Battery life is amazing and connectivity is excellent. I don't play music or do anything else, but this quick one-button press for speakerphone is what I needed.

When I got to my apartment, I turned it on and paired it with my Android phone (Galaxy S6 Active). Super easy pairing. I called my husband, he said the quality on his site is just amazing, like I was on the phone. As Georgia has hands free this is a must have for my 2010 car. Works well, better than my wife's 2016 RAM 1500 system who likes to be in control. I can send a voice message, for which she has to buy an additional upgrade. However, it doesn't connect well when you exit and re-enter the car - I have a habit of turning it on and off. When initiating an action, you need to hold the button down until you hear a soft beep, then wait for a louder "I'm listening" beep. Battery lasts forever, Micro USB…
