A screw broke while installing the wall mount. They should have sent steel bolts for such a heavy mount. waste of time and effort. As others have said in their reviews, the problem is with the screws. Don't buy it or you'll get your own steel screws from the hardware store. It goes back to Amazon.

Quality product. I would give five stars except the screws were too short to attach the bezel to the back of the TV. We're talking about the 85-inch QLED display Samsung Q80T. I had to buy screws that were 1/4" longer than those offered at the hardware store. Also, the diameter of the washers that were supposed to fit the screws that came with them were too small. Couldn't fault it. Heavy duty for our extra large 60 inch TV. We put it on the wall of our bedroom to the right of the foot of our bed. We were renovating and didn't want a fixed TV. to be able to watch TV from all sides of our room. But when you have a big TV, it became a problem. It took a lot of careful measurement and planning. It's best to install midway between two studs or so. I have a short wall with a bolt dead center where I needed a TV, some modifications were needed. I bought it because it looked the strongest to hold my 60 inch Samsung completely over the top of my piano and it had two rows of screw holes on each side of the top to support the weight. I installed an 86" TV on it (approx £130). It was a very strong point. I also installed it where there was a window type divider in the wall that gave me access to the room beyond, so I really had a lot of studs and wood to attach. I was able to use it 10 mounting holes and bought some new screws. Basically it would have to demolish my house to not connect it to the wall. I am not satisfied with this product because the drywall anchors that came with it are of poor quality. I managed to screw it to two studs (one in the middle of the wall mount and one on the left side. I chose to use the two drywall anchors that came with it to give the right side some strength.
