Mount RAM B 138U Double Ball Surface Review

This is a great product and the best way to buy components. I use it on my motorcycle, boat and snowmobile. This makes it very easy to reconfigure different GPS devices. No stability issues with every use. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn't include screws (surface mount or the back of the GPS mount. Just because I kept the "details" from previous mounts, I had matching black screws Attention "Ram Mount", do not save, throw in a few screws!

I needed to install a GPS module on my snowmobile. It's not an easy installation process as the snowmobile absorbs incredible shock and really bounces. I was concerned that the leverage would cause the GPS to constantly misalign with each hit. To my great surprise, I never had to make any adjustments. This product appears to be well made and serves its purpose well. I use mine for a small security monitor. Since there is no way to screw it to the back of the monitor I used strong epoxy and it worked great. Be sure to let it dry for a full day before applying much weight or pressure.
