Mount World ML1 WMN1000B Alternative Review

I have successfully installed my 40 inch Samsung LED TV with this kit. TV, and it's $200 cheaper. It's definitely strong enough. Installation is easy. It took me less than an hour. I spent most of my time measuring to find the best spot for the TV. 5 stars because the drywall anchors are not as strong as those in the OEM kit. However, considering the difference in price, it's worth getting some heavy-duty drywall anchors from your local hardware store.

This mount is exactly the same as the one Samsung sells for $200 more. Installation was so easy, I removed the TV stand, installed the bracket, and hung the TV on the wall in less than 30 minutes! Mount World helped me get in touch with the manufacturer of this product and although he took several photos and numerous explanations as to why it was a product defect I was in able to claim damages. Worked well. I have had my Samsung 46 inch LED TV for over a year now. I'm glad I waited to buy this wall hanging set after sale. Samsung's signature hanging kit, originally intended to come with the TV, felt overpriced. Why would anyone buy an ultra thin TV if they would just put it on the original stand? This is a great alternative to the Samsung version which costs ten times more! This was the easiest wall mount I have ever installed. This can mostly be done by one person but will require a second person to help hang the TV on the wall. Things to think about: - Buy better quality drywall anchors. The ones offered are not very good. - Install all cable management items on your TV before beginning any project. Once the TV is in place, accessing the back of the TV is a bit tricky. - For extra…

Do not buy. After 5 years the plastic holding the cable broke and my TV fell 3 feet (fortunately not broken). This is the worst case and should never happen. Not only can your TV break, small children and animals can also be killed. After that I wouldn't trust this type of mount unless all the parts are metal and the cables are secured so they can't slip out.
