I've seen a number of reviewers here with melted pots and can only think they relied too much on their cooking skills and forgot that the whistle is optional Memory. Mine has stayed clean and hasn't melted after many uses and makes very good hot water. It matches my other cookware and looks sharp on its own.

Copper shines and is easy to keep clean. Looks great in my kitchen too. But when I first held it in my hands, I was shocked at how light and thin it seemed. That should have been my clue to get him back. Instead I've been using it for a few months and unlike another kettle I've had for over 10 years this one is already rusted on the inside. That's very disappointing. As they say, you get what you pay for.

I'm so glad I made this purchase. This is the perfect accent for my kitchen and my other copper accents. On top of that, it's sturdy, expensive, and even better looking than the ones I've seen in home stores. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I love the handle and how the lever to open the spout simply installs into the hole in the handle. This is a home game. I'm sure other colors are good, but copper is a hit!

Let me start with a nice color. Also, this is by far the worst product I could choose! Everything gets hot, including the handle, even when the temperature is set low! It's made out of cheap stuff so after a few uses in a kitchen mitt all the plastic and hardware has melted or fallen off. If you're not buying for decoration, don't invest in this product. I paid to use it about 4 times and hot mini screws fell on my stove top and the kitchen smelled like burnt plastic.

I am mostly satisfied with this product but I find that it is rusting less than a month after use. I received this item on May 22, 2019, so this year. The first time I used it was exactly a week from May 22nd. Today is June 12, 2019 and I can already see what looks like rust spots on its underside. It doesn't make me happy! I don't know if they want to replace it or if I should just buy another brand and forget about it.

This teapot is nice, big and good value. These are the positive aspects. It's thin and covered in copper-colored paint (or something like that). Copper scratches easily when taken out of the box. This is a fantastic kettle. Great quality and holds multiple cups of water for tea so I don't have to keep refilling water and can heat enough water for multiple people at the same time. I loved the color and the price was too good to be true I thought. To my delight I haven't had any problems and have been using mine on average about 2-4 times a day for a few months now. It's worth noting that the metallic blue looks great on my stovetop and adds a nice touch to my white kitchen, so I carry it
