If you use a whistle it won't melt

I've seen a number of reviewers here with melted pots and can only think they relied too much on their cooking skills and forgot that the whistle is optional Memory. Mine has stayed clean and hasn't melted after many uses and makes very good hot water. It matches my other cookware and looks sharp on its own.
