Broken, broken again and broken again, damn the hook is coming loose

Broken after a few days, was able to get the back hook out but apparently the hook is bent on the tree so don't stay next to it separately as always Tag on so my birds are no longer interested. I think if all our hooks were fixed it would be a great product, maybe ours just don't exist anymore! It's too late to return.

Pros
  • Solid surface
Cons
  • Something else

in theory, they seem to like it.

more than one day, the birds try to climb on it and it breaks. The chain links are too thin and light to support the weight of my chickens for even a second, they couldn't even sit on them before the chain broke. but i will leave it at that and try to figure out how to add a stronger chain because apparently they want to use it. They tried to sit on it 2 times and both times it broke. Luckily I have foam underneath so the birds are fine.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons

Cute chicken swing! Excellent customer service!

A call was missing. Otherwise the swing is really cute and seems sturdy enough for the chicks. Update: The seller saw my review and offered to send me a new one and although the shipping was out of their control they acted so quickly to make sure I was happy. and I actually got it the day before Christmas! I cannot praise the great customer service enough and will definitely be ordering from them again!

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Nice swing, but came with an unwanted visitor!

Very cute swing. I gave this to my daughter as a fun wedding gift - I took it out and checked before putting it back in the zip bag and packing it up. However, when my daughter opened it, we were dismayed to see tiny winged insects hiding inside the tree (there was also a wad of powder in the bag). termites? Whatever the insects, this is not a welcome gift. We threw it in the freezer in a ziplock bag hoping to kill her. Just be careful!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not sure

My chicks love it best in cages and accessories

I bought this for my almost 4 week old chicks to give them some enrichment during the last 2 weeks in the brooder. A little over three weeks later, they started to get a little bored and angry with each other. It gives them something to do and where to go besides hitting each other. I also gave them some dry millet to peck at and put them in a mini dust bath which they love. In my experience, chicks at this age tend to be discovering their hierarchy and that kind of relieves their stress a bit.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Negative impression
