I've found that my best results have been with the NOW Sports or NOW Foods carb kit, allowing me to last longer in the gym and it tastes like hot coconut flakes. Because of the sweetness, I would recommend using twice the recommended water for each dose you use. Plus more carbs. I'm trying to lose weight and build muscle. I love Mark Lobliner and the Outrights bar (best tasting) so thought the protein would taste just as good . I liked this fragrance the most, so I ordered it.
