Just got this new grinder to replace one we have had for years. I was concerned when I opened it because it doesn't appear to be deep despite being advertised as "large capacity". However, I was very happy when I threshed coffee for the first time. It processed whole grains quite well, ground even faster than our previous model, and ran a bit quieter. I'm glad we chose this grinder!

Processes coffee beans very quickly. I had to throw out my last coffee grinder when I realized how bad it was after using Muller. It only takes a few seconds if you want coarse beans, but it doesn't take long for finely ground beans. The noise level is low, cleaning is easy. Doesn't have an automatic selection for grinding, at least not on this model, but as fast as it works it's not really needed. Updated 10/04/2019. Still works fine.

I ordered this product some time ago, but I've been using it for a short time. The amazing thing is that this little grinder works great as an all purpose spice grinder in my kitchen. I've used it to grind dried red peppers, black peppers, ginger, chili peppers, crispy shrimp, or even peanuts when I needed a delicious powder. I used a new toothbrush instead of a small cleaning brush with a grinder. The price is also very good.

I use this grinder every day to make coffee and am very impressed with the performance of this little machine. It's a little workhorse that grinds coffee beans down to the right consistency for use in a French Press. I've used this to make finer powdered sugar and it worked too. It's a little tricky to clean, but without having too many removable parts, the only part that's fully dishwasher-safe is the lid. So far, wiping the inside between uses works well.

Noise is a mill, so it makes noise. I don't trust any coffee grinder that doesn't make noise. Easy to clean - easy as there are only two parts to clean, but you have to be careful. However, this is not a problem. Overall, it's inexpensive and serves its purpose. I argued about buying a more expensive product as I felt it could be more reliable, but this cheaper item has proven to be reliable. We have been using a Krups grinder for years and have chosen Mueller and are very happy that dd. I think the Muller's less powerful motor and the blade design and stainless steel container (bowl) shape help the Muller produce a very consistent grind without a lot of fine powder, resulting in much less bitterness. The first thing I should mention is that this list is a bit misleading. The description says that this grinder can be used not only for coffee beans but also for other items, but as you will see the instruction manual clearly says that it should only be used for coffee beans.
