Stopped working 2 days after the end of the return period but Muller's customer service was great.

Worked well on several projects, then 2 days after the return window no zigzag stitch was done and all other adjustments were done with the same solid stitch. I've adjusted the tension, tried multiple threads and spools, all to no avail. Update 10/5 Müller customer service works great and solved the block replacement problem.

I was just sewing my first pillow and after about a meter the machine started smelling like burnt plastic. I thought it was just a new car so I kept driving, then the car light started flickering and the car stopped and then just stopped working. Smelled even worse. Returned. Maybe I got a bad one? Someone mentioned it was noisy, true, but nothing to worry about. It's easy to return on Amazon, but don't buy a brand that smells like plastic.

Really good machine even for beginners

This is my second sewing machine, my other Brother machine that costs twice as much and honestly I prefer this machine! This sewing machine is very easy to use and comes with some useful extras. The machine is small but very powerful. It has many different decorative stitches that are really good. My only complaints are that it's a bit noisy and the presser foot is difficult to change as it doesn't rise very high to give you plenty of room. This little car is worth the money.
