Description of Multi Color Sari Silk Skein

RECYCLED SARI SILK yarn is great for jewelry making, weaving and gift wrapping. Each skeins sizes 100 grams. Picture with multiple skein is just to show each skein is different color. Beautiful colors and textures will make you fall in love with this yarn!. As this silk is dyed in India, we recommend washing the silk in luke-warm water--to check for color-fastness--before using in your project. This Yarn has some sari swatches spun with yarn.

Too expensive and difficult to use

Yarn is stiff and twisted too tightly, making it very difficult to work with. Revain showed three strands, but the order was for only one. One skein of yarn is not enough. Also, it was two to three times more expensive than the skeins I usually buy. I liked the idea of using material for a saree, but the reality isn't worth it.

Pros
  • Yarn
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Worst Yarn Ever!

I've waited too long to buy yarn from my regulars for sari yarn and bought this yarn. It's terrible! It breaks almost every touch, it's very rough and very hard. It's terrible to work with him. It doesn't bend, the thick parts are VERY thick and the thin parts are like a weak thread. I have experience with recycled sari yarns but this is unlike anything I have ever used before. I didn't ask for a refund (but I had to) because I thought everything would be fine after tying my gift to it. It's…
