Great docking station

Overall, great docking station. It's compact and the picture quality is clear.I wished the usb-c cord was longer and that the docking station itself was a little heavier. I connected 2 hdmi in the back and the docking station would tip over a bit unless I put something heavy on top of it.Sometimes the output of the HDMI cuts off from the screen but it comes back right back.

Pros
  • Works great for my Lenovo laptop and HP monitors. I haven't had any issues!
Cons
  • The docking station may be difficult to set up for some users

It works as intended !

A great unit/dock to have as permanent unit. I even placed a 2TB SSD ( SATA) Drive in the bay that is included. Everything works as expected thus far! Worth the Money!

Pros
  • 5.98 x 5.94 x 2.64 inches
Cons
  • The docking station may not support certain types of laptops with non-standard USB-C ports

Really great, I have no complaints

I have no complaints tbh it works like its supposed to. I think I got it a few months ago and no problems so far. So, so useful for plugging in HDMI cords, multiple USBs, etc.

Pros
  • USB C Docking Station
Cons
  • The docking station may not support certain types of USB-C hubs

Great gadget for the price

Pretty solid little gadget for my Mac. Easy to pop on and off without having to take on/off my laptop cover. Definitely a solid purchase.

Pros
  • ZMUIPNG
Cons
  • The docking station may not work with certain types of RAID configurations

UPDATE: After a few months of using this and a few different combinations of connecting what to what, this works (for the most part). My screens go blank on me intermittently so it's kind of irritating but more like frustrating when I am actively working on the screen that goes out. It comes back on after a few seconds but enough to throw off whatever groove I am in. If I didn't miss the return timeline for this, it would have gone back.Issues when using with Windows (Dell laptop with USB-C)…

Pros
  • Surface Laptop 3

Compatibility issues resolved, but fatal flaw exists

PREVIOUS: Both my MacBook 13-inch M1 and my 2019 MacBook 16-inch (intel i9) do not work in extended mode with this docking station. Only the 13-inch MacBook was listed as "incompatible." Good grief.UPDATED: I was able to figure out which HDMI ports to use for extend mode for my Mac 16-inch and the correct USB-C connector (use the double prong). BUT, there's a persistent issue of one monitor continually blanking out for a few seconds. I can't figure out a fix for it, unfortunately.I will return…

Pros
  • It feels high quality material, works well. Would recommend.
Cons
  • The docking station may not support certain types of audio outputs

Doesn't work with USB4

I had to return this product because it does not work with my new HP laptop - needs a USB-c with USB4 compatibility. Had to order a new one.

Pros
  • Great for dual monitor work from home
Cons
  • It may not be able to charge certain devices as quickly as users would like

SD Card Reader good for me

I had a few issues with the SD card reader being finicky but over all it’s well made and has a nice design Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • It is very slim and does a great job in hooking up my dual monitors and wireless keyboard and mouse
Cons
  • It might be too bulky to carry around with you on a regular basis

Host 2 stopped working after 1 week

The Host 2 option which gives functionality over all the ports except for one HDMI port stopped working altogether. This means, this multi-functional docking station is now an intermediate connection to just one HDMI port. It worked well for a week, exceptionally well, and then stopped. I wouldn't recommend getting this.

Pros
  • connected monitor keyboard an mouse with no problems
Cons
  • The cord length may be too short for certain setups

Necessary evil in my review

Kind of a bummer this is a necessity with the newer Apple laptops. But, so far this adapter has been a good product to throw into my bag. Both myself and friends have used it.

Pros
  • This is what I call value for money.
Cons
  • The price may be too high for some consumers

Great dock and works as advertised

I got this recently for my surface to connect to my dual monitors and wired USB keyboard/mouse. It works exactly as expected and is amazing for the price. Out of curiosity, I also used this to connect my Galaxy S22 and to my surprise, it worked amazing on it as well (via Samsung Dex).Overall, great product for a great price.

Pros
  • Use them for the office for remote users works very good
Cons
  • It may not be able to provide enough power to some devices

Like others' comment on the SSD enclosure. Everything about the dock works except for the SSD enclosure. Poor quality control. Will not accept M2 SSD because the tab is mm off so the ssd will not be recognized. Shaving the tab so the SSD will fit won't work because the SSD contacts will not line up. You can get similar HUB without the SSD enclosure for much less.

Pros
  • It arrived, I plugged it in, and it worked.
Cons
  • It may not offer enough USB-A ports for some users

HDMI Port 2 and 3 Cut out with MacBook Pro 16 " with M1 Pro Chip

HDMI Port 2 and 3 cut out with MacBook Pro 16" with M1 Pro Chip. Every 30 seconds the screen cycles between no signal and signal on these ports. HDMI 1 works fine. I am using the dual USB cable provided.

Pros
  • Recently bought new MacBooks and purchased this to capture files from Sc cards. Works perfectly
Cons
  • The docking station may not support certain types of Ethernet connections

Works well! I purchased another!

Purchased one on 7/31/22 for home use with a 2020 MacBook Pro. Works great! I liked it so much that I purchased another less than a week later for my office for use with a 2022 MacBook Pro.My only critique is that the directions could be printed LARGER. I had to pull out a magnifying glass to read them.

Pros
  • Broad Compatibility
Cons
  • Users may experience compatibility issues with certain types of firmware or BIOS
