We bought this to put next to our stove and give us extra table space but the legs are plastic so we are returning them because we feel have legs melting from heat.

Perfect size for what I needed. Sits on top of my recently restored vintage oven/stove. Protects finish and looks like an original factory accessory. High quality. Sent in a well packed box. Couldn't be happier. Looks great!

I expected it to be pretty and really heavy but it's not! It's so light and cheap that it slides anywhere. The "legs" also don't have legs/pads, so don't plan on using them as a cutting board. It just got in the way so we stopped using it a few days after we got it. Now we are looking for a real chopping board and cooker lid again!

On my gas range, the burner grates cover the whole range, not 4 individual ones, so build on that. I bought one to cover the 2 burners closest to the counter. I don't use these burners. It's a bit tight for my stove but it looks ok. I left it in place while using the other 2 burners and the oven and had no problems. It keeps unused burners free of dust, crumbs, etc. Appears to be of good quality.

Ideal for 5 burners or less. The nice thing about it is: 1) it's narrow so you can move it to the side you're not using, 2) it fits the black panel like it should be there, 3) I have cats that think it's cute jump on the stove when the red light is on and I always worry if it's cool enough, now I put that on a hot surface and they don't get burned, 4) it prevents you from using the stove for activities to be used in connection with fire. Made a world of difference in my tiny kitchen! After reading the reviews my biggest concern was that cooking on the opposite side would get too hot; However, it's not hot at all near the burners, even when they're on maximum heat. False advertising. Not heat resistant, not impact resistant. After wiping the item down, I put it back on the stove and sat down to finish some work. An hour and a half later I heard a roar. This product is COMPLETELY unsafe. It is definitely NOT tempered! We accidentally turned on the burner without removing the plate. It EXPLODED, shattering 25 feet of glass, tiny shards and large shards as well. I have a ceramic hob. Luckily no one was seriously injured. I had a very small cleft at the top of my foot.
