In my opinion, the best pastel in its segment, only the French "sommelier" is higher, but this is a very expensive thing. Very high quality, for working on dark paper it is better not to find. It is very good to combine it with other pastel sets. Take it, you won't regret it!

These are great oil pastels for the price. This is a very beautiful color set, suitable for still lifes, landscapes and even portraits. They are not as soft as the Sennelier OP but are comparable in softness to Holbein Oil Pastels which are my favorite OPs. Highly recommended for both beginners and professionals. It's good to have a cheaper brand for the first few layers and save on the more expensive Holbein and Sennelier for the last few layers.

The colors are beautiful although "purple" is what we would call "magenta". I have no experience with oil pastels, but I use professional soft pastels, am familiar with professional oil and acrylic paints and can point out a few important details.
