Great but don't buy it!

This is the best protein shake I have ever tried and I have been training for five years now. The protein to calorie ratio is great and the fiber is 5g. What's more, it's dairy-free, so you won't get any breakouts or breakouts. However, the price is now nearly $45 for 12 cocktails, which is ridiculously expensive. Buy the 32 gram version (Muscle Milk Pro Series Protein Shake, Knockout Chocolate, 32 g protein, 11 fl oz, 12 pack) for almost half the price. It has a 32g protein/160 calorie ratioโ€ฆ

Great product, lousy packaging

that I would have given five stars if it wasn't for an annoying bug. Package. Individual vials are wrapped in a fragile plastic film covering the cap. There are triangular tear strips on both sides of the cap so you can peel off the packaging, but the plastic is so brittle and the triangular tear strip at the bottom so narrow that the strips always break halfway. every time. You then have to deal with the plastic breaking down into large, small and tiny bits that stand on top of what you'reโ€ฆ

This product has been recommended by professional athletes and sports coaches.

I am on a no carb reduced calorie diet to lose weight. When I asked about high protein foods with minimal chemical additives and processed foods that were low in calories, muscle milk turned out to be one of the options. After speaking to some of my former students who work in the NFL or NBA, they highly recommended the Professional Muscle Milks and Pure Protein bars. The absence of aspartame was one of my requirements, and many meal replacements are packed with artificial sweeteners andโ€ฆ
