Overall durable water bottle. I bought 2 narrow neck and wide neck types. A narrow mouth that I use when I'm doing business and a wide mouth when I'm not in a hurry. I've had refillable water bottles for decades and this is by far the best water bottle I've ever drunk from, plastic or steel. I used the cheapest ones and use the "Y" brand. The huge amount of water I use has almost doubled with this bottle. The more water, the better I work. Now I have five of them. I didn't break any. I end up replacing them when I lose them and for no other reason. I mostly wash them in the dishwasher when they get dirty (mainly from backwashing, growth) which takes me a few months. After a year or so the plastic will tarnish and darken a bit, but the stickers I put on it don't even last, so I don't think about it. I have been using CamelBak products for a number of years but as my mouth bites pretty badly I chose Nalgene. The color of this bottle (gray purple/blue/orange) is fun but not too garish, just what I was looking for. I've dropped the bottle a few times and it's holding up well. I currently have 4 Nalgene 32oz narrow neck water bottles. I have one at home, one in the car, one at work and one as a backup. They are strong as nails and airtight. I like the easy twist cap as it keeps the spot you rest your lips closed/clean until you are ready to drink.
