The ability to store all my forms in one place, I can look up customer info by number or last 4 for example! This system is great if you have many customers with different requirements/shredders available!! I like that it is very easy to use, you can do most things with just one click! It's also good for large files because there are so many options available when creating your document or file destruction plan. Sometimes the software will be slow at times which slows down everything else in my computer as well but not often enough to make me want to switch away from this program. I have no complaints, but I would say if you're looking for a super powerful shredder to use in office settings, look elsewhere. You'll get what you pay for here.
