Not the best speaker for listening to music.

Good speaker and good ideas, but that's it! The speaker sounds too small and not clear, bad sound! And yet the price is very expensive at the beginning.

Doesn't work on arrival - no charge

A few years ago I had a hands-free kit like this, good but short lived. The battery is swollen. This one bought from Revain also had a problem with the battery, it won't charge, it's flat on arrival so it's being sent back.

Waste of the planet's precious resources

would be handy if it worked I can't get anything out of it the charging cable that came with it doesn't work so I used the one I have. Too light for a paperweight, so useless. It was a gift. I was very upset trying to get rid of it and my daughter was deprived of the money and pleasure of giving her mother a useful gift.

Comfortable for some. for Bluetooth portable speakers

Works well. Convenient to have at hand. Especially if you use your phone from time to time to avoid leaving Bluetooth on for several hours. Sounds good, fast and convenient. I was worried it would accidentally turn on in my pocket, but that wasn't a problem, the rotary switch doesn't accidentally turn on when you don't want it to. I like the style and ease of use.

Must be the worst customer service department

I bought this item hoping it would serve multiple functions as described in the product description. However, as soon as I received it, I found that it is not compatible with my iPhone 6. When I plug it in, it immediately starts playing music from my iTunes. This can be paused, but will start again after a short time. My attempts to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful. has to be the worst customer service department. on the planet. I still use it occasionallyโ€ฆ

. week now and until tonight it was fine. The only criticism is the power cord.

I've had the monocle for a week now and it was perfect until tonight. My only complaint was that the power cord was surprisingly short (I mean, even the proverbial short straw is longer than this thing, but I could handle it). So what happened to the otherwise perfect article? iOS 8. I updated my iPhone and the multifunction button that stops/fast forwards/activates Siri no longer works. So when I need one of these handy features, I have to uncomfortably pull my phone out of the pocket it's in.
