I ordered the wrong size

I ordered 3/4 inch balls thinking they would fit my needs but after receiving them I realized they were too small for the Noses would be gnomes, so unfortunately I had to return the woodpecker balls

Exactly what I ordered.

I bought these spherical wooden balls to build moon-earth-sun models for moon phase labs. With some white paint on one hemisphere and black on the other, I'm done. They appear to be perfect for the application and they arrived earlier than originally stated.

Mixed Quality

I've noticed that a lot of these (almost half) aren't perfectly round. One side is often a little "flat", and while it's no big deal for crafting, I've partially used them to make wooden ball bearings, which is very important in this application. it is so small that it is difficult to see with the naked eye. Few were so deformed that I consider them unsuitable for most purposes. If I had seen them on a shelf in a store, I would not have guessed that there were any flaws. Birch is a good wood to
