The birdseed you eat doesn't seem to be completely drawn into the trash can

When I add food it doesn't seem to fall all the way down for my birds to eat. Maybe I'm putting the food in the wrong place. To tell me how to put the food in I have to keep sticking my fork in to push the food down for my birds to eat, which is ridiculous

Works on Birds

It's not perfect, but it works. I have problems: The feed gets stuck at the bottom and does not push through. You have to manually push the stick through the top every day to get it all the way out. The spot where the bird should stand is too shallow. The English budgerigar is not suitable unless there is a perch nearby. 4 stars because it cleared a lot of clutter for me, but it has its own problems.

No more chaos! for feeding and watering

Holding the feeder at the bottom of the cage (mine is quite high) will help avoid a lot of seed drips. I've taken this a step further by wrapping the cage screen (bird seed guard) around the feeder - I cut a hole in it and now I can barely see outside of the cage. It took my parrots about a week to get used to it. but they are like that with most things. I gave them some millet to make sure they didn't starve instead of leaving the old feeder in the cage and it seemed to work.

This is NOT a clean feeder, my birds make a mess!

I bought pillows for my cockatiels, they have enough food for a week that I go on vacation. The hole below is for tiny seeds only, regular cockatiel mix won't work as it can hold larger seeds, so we had to cut off the tiny plastic section a bit that was keeping the larger seeds from coking. It works great, but it's definitely not glitch-free. Birds will constantly dig and scatter what they don't need.
