Works like a dream. The only problem is that one of the nuts was not installed correctly and had to be replaced at the hardware store.

The original pins are very difficult to remove and the new pins I bought from Revain were a softer metal. One of the bolts broke off in the nut, I had to cut it off to put a new one in after buying it from an auto parts store. Parts come without instructions. They were NOT a quick and easy install.

The design works great IF you get the right parts. My kit came with 3 slotted pins above the smooth part that goes into the hub and 1 slotted below. Luckily I'm resourceful enough to get it working. Although it would be nice to get the right parts in the right quantity.

Worked like magic to fix an old sagging and hard to close door. closes just as easily as new. The hardest part is knocking out the old pins after mounting the cutting disc on the riveted head end. The new pins went in easily, but the problem was that the threads on one of them were starting to come loose. But an additional washer as a spacer solved this problem. Make sure two people open the door!
