Waste of money. Can't download drivers for laptop. I called and wrote to the company, I got no answer, don't waste your money on this.

It's so easy to use. You can understand how to use it, and if you have any problem, you can refer to the user manual. Haven't encountered a problem yet. It is so easy.

After 3 PCs I managed to upload it to one. There are still bugs from time to time. Customer service is NO at all. They don't even respond to emails.

The product does not work with MAC computers. Neat has terrible software with lots of bugs and their tech support is terrible and non-existent. Too expensive, very poor quality, but in the end it turned into a non-working outdated device and outdated software that I threw in the trash.

Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere by spending that much and setting up the scanner, NOW I HAVE TO PAY A MONTHLY FEE, UM TO USE HIM. THIS IS SO BUDDY. DO NOT BUY THIS Read other one star reviews and you'll see a pattern emerges. The scanner stops working after 30 days, which is too late to return it. Customer service at Neat is terrible at nine o'clock. They charge you to talk to you online (no phone calls) and take care of any problems they always have. You get useless email replies…
